All Cranes require Routine Inspections to comply with Australian Standards (AS2550.1 - 2011). These inspections are scheduled to take place quarterly, annually, or at the end of the design life of the crane in the form of Major Inspections. We take care in assessing the condition of your machine and carrying out mandatory testing before r

All Cranes require Routine Inspections to comply with Australian Standards (AS2550.1 - 2011). These inspections are scheduled to take place quarterly, annually, or at the end of the design life of the crane in the form of Major Inspections. We take care in assessing the condition of your machine and carrying out mandatory testing before returning the machine to service. Any required repairs are identified, a plan is put in place and then carried out at the discretion of the customer.

Lifting gear such as Chains,  Slings, Hooks, Eyebolts, and Lifting Rings must be inspected on a routine basis as per Australian Standards (AS 4991). During these inspections, the structural integrity , safety features and lifting capacity of each item is assessed before being tagged and returned to service with a corresponding electronic

Any required repairs are identified and completed onsite if possible or we can organise replacement.
